Terms that govern your use of this website and any quotes or work supplied by Roofers Cork City.
1. Acceptance
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
2. Quotes and estimates
Quote requests submitted through the website are non-binding enquiries. A formal written quote is provided after an in-person or remote inspection of the property. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
3. Scope of work
All work undertaken by Roofers Cork City - Keystone Roofing and Construction is governed by the written quote and service agreement provided before work begins. Additional work outside that scope requires a separate written agreement.
4. Payment
Payment terms (deposit, milestone payments, final balance) are set out in each individual quote and contract. Late payments may incur reasonable interest charges as permitted by Irish law.
5. Workmanship guarantee
We provide a written workmanship guarantee on completed roofing work as detailed in the project contract. Materials are also covered by their respective manufacturer warranties where applicable.
6. Liability
We carry full public liability insurance. Our liability for any single project is limited to the contract value of that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss except where required by Irish law.
