Why a small senior team
We deliberately stay small. Michael personally scopes every quote and walks every finished roof. Patrick runs the day-to-day schedule, David handles technical execution, Emma keeps quotes, invoices, and insurer documentation moving. No call centres, no estimator who never shows up on site again.
Founder & Master Roofer
Michael founded Keystone Roofing & Construction Ltd in 2009 after almost a decade as an apprentice and senior roofer in the family business in Cork and Dublin. He is a Licensed Aerial Drone Operator with the Irish Aviation Authority, and personally reviews every written quote that leaves the office.
Project Manager
Patrick runs the day-to-day project schedule across Cork City and County Cork. He confirms your site visit, sequences the work, and keeps you updated as the job progresses — the person who has answers on timing, materials lead-time, and weather contingency.
Roofing Technician
David handles the technical execution: slate, tile, EPDM, lead flashing, chimney pointing, and gutter work. Safe Pass certified and trained in fall-arrest harness use, he is the senior tradesman on most residential jobs.
Administration Lead
Emma keeps the office moving: written quotes out within 24 hours, invoices with VAT broken out cleanly, certificates of currency sent to insurers, and the 20-year written guarantee issued and filed on every completed reroof.

Roofers Cork City is the local trading arm of Keystone Roofing & Construction Ltd — second-generation Cork roofers founded by Michael Casey in 2009. The team is small enough that you'll talk to the people doing the actual work, not a faceless contractor.
