Roofers Cork City is the local trading arm of Keystone Roofing & Construction Ltd, founded in 2009 by Michael Casey. Michael is a second-generation Cork roofer who apprenticed under his father in Cork and Dublin from 2000 before starting Keystone. He personally reviews every quote that leaves this office.

Michael Casey — Founder & Master Roofer
Michael started his apprenticeship in 2000 under his father in the family roofing business across Cork and Dublin. Almost a decade in, he founded Keystone Roofing & Construction Ltd in 2009 to run his own books. That's 25+ years of hands-on Cork roofing in one set of hands — the same hands that now spec every job, every material order, and every final inspection.

Drone Inspections by an IAA-Licensed Operator
Michael holds a Licensed Aerial Drone Operator certificate from the Irish Aviation Authority. That lets us put a camera over a slate roof, a high gutter, or a chimney stack without scaffold, without disruption, and without the safety risk of sending someone up before there's a real diagnosis.
20-Year Written Workmanship Guarantee
Every reroof and major repair carries a 20-year written workmanship guarantee. Manufacturer warranties on slate, tile, EPDM and flashing materials sit on top. The guarantee transfers with the property if you sell — useful when reroofing before listing.
